Job Description
- Assisting with monthly closings by preparing journal entries, analyzing, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Transaction entering through BrokerWolf and processing of sales transactions for new development projects
- Invoicing, payment tracking and payment inputting for individual client projects
- Tracking reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses
- Help develop and maintain proprietary system for project accounting and reporting
- Assist in building financial models for the company and tracking of ROI for all development projects
- Work with our CRM experts to develop and implement processes within our proprietary CRM software
-Take part in the annual operating budgeting process analysis and review of annual operating budget proposals.
Desired Experience and Qualifications: Candidate must possess strong analytical skills including advanced understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.
Bachelor?s degree required in Accounting or similar field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents and contracts
Ability to operate within established accounting and reporting guidelines
Candidate must be a proactive and highly disciplined with strong attention to detail
Must be proficient in Excel and demonstrate proficiency in accounting software
Understanding and use of Real Estate/Sales terminology is a plus
