Position Description:
The Project Manager of Business & Process Improvement works hand-in-hand on process improvement projects with our top level management leaders within all functional areas. The Project Manager of Business & Process Improvement will be involved in analyzing, planning, managing, recommending, and implementing process improvement projects within the entire organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support a wide range of internal projects and organizational initiatives
Work closely with the Chief Information Officer / Vice President Talent Management on various assignments
Respond immediately to on-demand requests from executives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to drive improved business results
Identify and evaluate business and process improvement opportunities
Develop and implement solutions and improvements to help the organization meet its business objectives and goals
Research and analyze industry, market, category, economic and demographic trends
Identify and summarize intelligence relevant to customers, competitors, suppliers, technologies and innovations
Plan and organize corporate meetings and events
Develop communications for executives including presentations for management meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree in Business Management, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Accounting preferred
MBA or Master?s Degree preferred
External consulting/advisory experience is a plus
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Comfortable interacting with multiple functional areas
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills
