Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Job Opening in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts - Double E is a multi-national company that produces and sells high quality industrial web handling products to the paper, film and foil industries.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Double E Company is seeking a detail oriented individual to support Territory Managers by fielding customer inquiries and requests for shipments within a dedicated territory. You would assist in generating new sales and after-sales support Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Coordinate all customer order activity from inquiry to shipment.
Communicate with customers and sales agents to facilitate orders, deliveries and repairs.
Assist in determining customer manufacturing priorities.
Provide input to pricing decisions.
Process and expedite quotes.
Resolve customer problems.
Enter new orders into system.
Phone system coverage
Enter all repair orders into the system.
Set up new customers in the system. (ID numbers, credit applications, credit checks, customer database maintenance).
Requirements:
College degree preferred
Ability to work flexible hours
2-3 years experience preferred
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems)
Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus (Spanish, German, French)
