Job duties of the Patient Account Representative:
Provide administrative support to the daily operations
Timely and accurate posting of electronic and manual cash receipts, adjustments and denials to patient accounts
Assist in the resolution of outstanding credit balances and over-payment packages
Generate and analyze diverse reports in Microsoft Excel
Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations
Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor
Other clerical duties as assigned
Job requirements of the Patient Account Representative:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
1+ years of customer service/clerical experience
Customer service oriented personality
Proficient in all Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
Able to work at a fast pace
Comfortable in a structured, corporate environment
Compensation:
Pay will start at $14.63 per hour
