Orthopedic Bracing & Device Sales Representative Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Established and expanding Medical Equipment Company is seeking a dedicated sales representative for sales and marketing of orthopedic bracing and medical devices. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, energetic, and experienced professional who enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis. Candidate will be responsible for generating referrals for our products, selling our products to healthcare providers as well as educating and training clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical products to pain management, general practitioners, orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, therapy departments, or nursing facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Generating referrals from and sales to various medical professionals
Territory growth
Educating clinical staff on product use and benefit
Completion of sales call logs
Developing and maintaining working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company (we provide training)
Maintain a positive and constructive attitude
Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance regulations (we provide training).
Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
The Ideal candidate will possess:
2-5 years of medical sales (home medical, bracing or surgical products)***
A current base of Physician, Rehab, Home Health care, Physical Therapy or Nursing home customers* *
Knowledge or training as a Physical therapist, PTA, or rehab asst.*
Applicants will be considered if they meet the following criteria:
At least 1 year experience in sales/marketing to medical professionals
Home Medical products background a plus
Must possess a valid driver?s license with a clean record/background check
