We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Starkville, MS facility to assist our Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the overall quality system related to manufacturing, customer support and technology development processes. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses problem solving and project management skills as well as interpersonal skills to direct the activities of multiple small groups as required.

2 ? 5 years of Quality Engineering experience. BS degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, chemistry, material science, engineering or the combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform statistical analysis, respond to quality audits, and responsibility for calibration programs.
Manages the supply chain by performing audits and oversees the incoming inspection area.
Knowledge of RMA System with a focus on determining root cause of returns.
Effective communicator with co-workers, customers, suppliers and third party auditors.
Capable of conducting research on product non-conformities and facilitating solutions.
Able to develop and implement inspection and sampling techniques, quality plans and process control procedures.
Responsible for review of drawings & specs for customer and government compliance.
Able to establish and maintain metrics for control of process quality.
Auditing knowledge of ISO 9001. CQA preferred.
Experience in SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, MBNQA and TQM techniques. CQE preferred.
ASQ certified engineer or Six Sigma Black belt certification desirable.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
