Senior Construction Bookkeeper Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - QUALIFICATIONS:
* HVAC Service and Construction Industry Background a plus
* Must Know how to use Progress Billing Accounting method
* Experience with job costing, permits and bonding a plus
* Must have strong QuickBooks and Microsoft Office background
* Must understand Allocation
* Must be able to prepare audited financials
* Must have excellent computer skills
* Certified Payroll Processing and Davis Bacon Compliance experience a plus
* Must Have Knowledge of Calculating Schedule of Values, and Payment Applications.
* Must Be Proficient in reconciling / receivables / payables
* Must be able to produce accurate reporting (P&L, Balance sheet and job costing)
* Inventory Control* Must have good organizational skills
* Tax Prep
* Reliable Transportation
* Drug Test and Criminal Background
* Working references required
* Good Credit History Verification a must
