Massage Envy*Hiring Bonus* Job Opening in austin, Texas - Massage Envy*Hiring Bonus* Licensed Massage Therapist Our established membership-based clinic has Full Time and Part Time openings for Licensed Massage Therapists who enjoy sharing the benefits of wellness massage with members and clients. Building long term client relationships, assessing client needs, making appropriate treatment plans for a wide range of clients are all important qualities to professionals on our therapist staff. As a therapist new to our team, working evenings, nights, and week-ends is a must. Confidence with relaxation massage, Swedish firm pressure and deep tissue target bodywork is required. We are open 7 days a week and provide hydraulic tables, all lotions/oils, advertising, scheduling and client follow up calls. Our members love to come in regularly and work with therapists they trust. We have a variety of benefits and support therapists professional development and continuing education. Job duties: * Greet guests & members in professional, friendly manner and designs a specific massage plan based on the clients needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest * Obtain client?s informed consent for massage plan prior to beginning the massage * Perform 50 (up to 120 minute if capable) minute quality massage session within their scope of training and utilizing draping protocols * Complete accurate and legible client intake notes * Create an excellent experience for guests & members through a professional therapeutic touch and friendly attitude * Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage specific to each client and recommend frequency of continued session.
