Able to communicate with homeowners and vendors. -Ability to follow directions. -Good attendance record and able to work occasional unexpected overtime. -Basic working knowledge of computer systems, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Possess acceptable communication skills; fluent in English. -Ability to operate power equipment such as, drills, carpet shampooer, average power and hand tools. -Basic knowledge of the following fields: basic plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. -Clean driving records.
