We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Manager for our Long Beach location to manage all restaurant operations and ensure the quality of our entertainment and talent! Candidates must possess qualities and experience including, but not limited to, the following: 5 years of direct, related management experience within a fast paced, high-volume, fine dining environment Impeccable guest relations Complete understanding of the monthly P&L statement Entertainment and talent management Bar management Liquor management Employee relations management (FOH & BOH) Candidates must meet all position requirements, successfully pass pre-employment testing, work evening and weekend hours, and attend our mandatory New Hire Orientation Classes to learn how to perform position responsibilities in accordance with Company standards.
