Full Time Telephone Sales Consultant Job Opening in Jacksonville, North carolina - We are looking for bubbly, smiling, happy people! Small office call center actively seeking a full time sales consultant for outbound cold calling sales, as well as inbound warm calling sales. Do you have a great personality? Love helping people and changing lives? Have good sales experience, or telephone experience? Then we want you! We only want **HAPPY, SELF MOTIVATED** people! Needs to be open to flexible schedule with ability to work mornings, afternoons, early evenings, and some Saturdays. Normal hours of operation are from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday schedules from 10 AM to 2 PM (depending on the season). Schedules will be determined within those operation hours. Good personality, with a great speaking voice needed. Ideal candidate will have a strong, upbeat personality, self-motivating, and has the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities include:
Taking inbound sales calls
Making outbound cold calling sales calls
Utilize multi-line phone system
Council and direct clients on usage of products
Utilize council sessions with current clients to up-sell and resell products
Utilize listening skills to interact with client to determine specific needs
Use excellent customer service to solve client problems and concerns
Position Requirements:

At least 1 year of retail, telephone or B2B sales experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Computer knowledge including: typing skills, operations of Windows, basic operation of software programs
Ability to stay self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Salary:
This is a commission driven position, there is a base pay, but we are looking for people who don't want to settle on just making their base pay. If you are just looking to fill a seat, then this position is not for you. Pay is $8 per hour plus commission, with the potential to make upwards of $10 to $16 an hour, paid weekly. There is unlimited potential to make much more than this each and every week.
