CARPET TO GO and MORE, is a locally owned flooring company that is looking for highly motivated salespeople to fill this key position: Inside Sales. Our company installs all types of flooring including: carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate and ceramic tile. We offer kitchen cabinets and counter tops, bathroom remodeling and more! Our salespeople are rich in product knowledge, and are eager to welcome you to our team. Must be self-driven and motivated. If you have previous experience in a sales-driven environment, good business knowledge and a firm understanding of the importance of delivering superior customer service, then we want to hear from you! As long as you have an interest, great sales skills and a willingness to learn, we can train you on the specific product knowledge you need!
Job Requirements
Strong customer service skills. Greet and acknowledge customers as they enter the showroom. Strong problem solving skills. Ask questions to discover needs. Build quotes that best fit our customer's needs. Travel to customer homes for measurements and in home hours are M-F 8am to 6pm and Sat 10am to 5pm. You will have every Sunday off and one weekday every : Salary, Commission + Health Care Benefits is a salary plus commission position. Our salespeople average $50,000 to $80,000 are a drug free workshop and you must be willing to submit to a drug screening and criminal background check.
