Job Description
HealthStyles is seeking a Glenwood, Colorado, based Retail Store Manager and Part Time managers responsible store sales, staff scheduling, customer outreach and some coordination of equipment and equipment service activities.
Role and Responsibilities
Monthly store revenue goal attainment through the execution of strategic sales plan
Store merchandising and product presentation
Delivery of exceptional customer service
Consistent follow-up, follow-through and execution
Tracking and reporting of key store metrics to executive management
Coordination of resources and products
Successful candidate will have:
3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
Excellent customer service skills and skills
Ability to use PC and other office technology
Healthy athletic lifestyle and a passion for our brand, products, fitness is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary (Mid $30K) plus sales commissions for Full Time roles.
Hourly rate ($12.00) plus commission for Part Time roles.
