An ideal canidate must be creative, easy to get a long with, fun to be around, open to criticism, able to draw, and be in touch with the urban community in order to provide valuable input. Must be able to show us past work that you have done or completed. Will need to know HTML, Java, FlashPlayer (all that stuff to make a website dope).
