-Stay informed of upcoming events and functions in area
-Complete RFP?s to secure negotiated contract business from various consortiums
-Monitor production of all accounts and evaluate trends within the market
-Develop marketing plan with goals and objectives that are measurable, obtainable and reasonable
-Use property specific computerized sales management system to manage hotel?s business
-Develop networking opportunities through active participation in community and professional associations, activities and events
This is a great advanced position for a current catering assistant / sales assistant.
Competitive salary with great commission structure.
The primary hours for this position are Monday ? Friday 8am-5pm, some weekends and nights are required.
Hotel catering / sales experience is a must.
