Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Specialist Job Opening in Indianapolis, Indiana - Advocare LLC is contracted with the State of Indiana to provide quality oversight for persons with developmental disabilities who receive services through the Medicaid Waiver program. We currently have an opening for a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA-QI) Specialist in the Indianapolis region.
QA-QI Specialists work in the field investigating allegations of abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation, conducting compliance reviews, and interviewing on behalf of two federally-funded programs.
Qualified candidates must have a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in the field of criminal justice, psychology, sociology, or related area, productive work output, the ability to plan, organize, and manage time to meet deadlines, quality orientation, technology savvy, attention to detail, and strong written communication skills.
