The products sold are financial service products including retirement plans and business funding services. This is a technical sales role for high ticket services being sold to small businesses throughout the United States, primarily by phone. Essential functions include:
Prospects, qualifies and generates sales through partner recruitment, direct consumer contact, online presentations and inquiries in order to meet sales goals
Enlist partners, and provide identification, planning and account qualification and needs analysis
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals in accordance with development plan
Produce activity and other reports utilizing sales tools and tracking methods
Work with affiliate sales to cross-generate leads
Attend regional/national meetings, conferences, trade shows, and department activities as requested by the President of Pango Financial - some travel required
Preferred Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a direct-to-consumer and/or B2B sales environment preferred
Minimum of six (6) months' outbound calling experience preferred
Experience in Financial Services
Experience in lead generation cycle management and closing sales
Some knowledge of retirement plans, including 401K plans, IRAs, and pension plans preferred
