Sales Associate/Graphic Design Job Opening in Fort Myers, Florida - The UPS Store Print Center, the nation's leading franchiser of business and postal services has excellent opportunities for Customer Service Associates, Print/Design Associates. This job requires the Associate to deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers. He/She receives and processes packages for courier shipment; operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices; and advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our products, services, and best-value options.
We are also a busy Print Center so the ideal candidate wail be familiar with printing and design.
You must have Computer experience, retail experience, outstanding customer service skills and must be well organized and professional and the ideal applicant will have some experience in Adobe Products and Microsoft Office experience in Wide format printing is another plus. You must also be able to lift at least 70 lbs.
The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
-- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
-- Continuously practice good listening skills with customers and UPS Store team members, and leadership
-- Take ownership of the customer's shipping problem and offer viable solutions
-- Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
-- Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others
-- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
We have Part time and/or full time positions and you must be available to work Monday- Saturday and have dependable transportation and may be required to split hours between various stores. Pay is to be determined based on experience and training will be will be based on experience.
