Requirements
Self Generating sales through canvassing, door to door presentation, and referral networking.
Must meet structured sales quota levels and targets.
Must be able to walk for extended periods of time every day.
Must have reliable and adequate transportation.
Core responsibilities
Work independently in field as a residential and commercial sales associate.
Attend weekly sales location training.
Sell on high quality and results. NOT ON LOWEST PRICE!
Meet self managed sales levels and personal quotas.
Pay and benefits
On target earnings = $55,000. Top reps earning over $100,000.
Unlimited commissions. Bonuses offered for exceeding goals
Company contests throughout year.
Daily activities
Prompt arrival in assigned territory and ready to be productive and successful.
Self generation activities through door knocking businesses and homeowners.
Daily reporting and new customer entry for all related activities.
