Our sales website is one of the best property search websites in the Austin area and we get over 6000 visitors every month resulting in hundreds of website registrations. We also have a very simple leasing website that generates way more leads than our 3 person team can handle. Our office is on the forefront of internet lead generation and this position has the long term potential for whatever income level you are striving for. Our team has been together for a little over 2 years now and we have been very successful in leasing and sales. We are looking to find one more highly motivated person to join our team. We will consider all applications whether you are just starting out in real estate or have years of experience. Job Requirements: * Active Real Estate License * Membership with the Austin Board of Realtors * Your own transportation and cell phone * Willingness to work a 9:30 - 6:00 work schedule at our office * Willingness to show lease properties to 10-15 clients per week * A positive attitude and good people skills If you are willing to start out working our leasing leads and doing primarily rental property locating until we are able to work you into the sales lead rotation, then please send us your resume.
