Job Description
We are currently seeking an Associate Analyst to join the FP&A team in our growing NYC office. As a member of our team, this is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who wants to become an integral part of a top-rated web design agency.
Qualifications
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyzing financial information and generating reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Assist with creation and maintenance of operational models, department and project specific P&Ls
Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, identify areas of improvement
Preparing Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports, and Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments Heads with in-depth analysis
Building strong cross-functional partnerships to serve as a financial resource, supporting operations, providing business insights and improve business processes
Assisting in budget and forecast preparation for the agency and its departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Over 2 year of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or similar role
Experience in working with project-based service providers, preferable digital media industry
Ability to comb through large volumes of data to provide financial insights
Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel and modeling skills
Highly organized with highest standards of accuracy and precision
Ability to accurately meet all time sensitive reporting dates
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members
