1099 Sales Consultant Job Opening in Green Bay, Wisconsin - Bio-Implant Solutions, LLC is looking for Medical Device and/or Biotech Sales Representatives who have experience in orthopedics, spine, and wound care markets and who have existing relationships with surgeons, hospitals and surgery centers that would like to add additional products to their current portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a sales rep to build on existing business and earn additional income.
Position will consist of contacting hospitals, surgery centers and/or physician?s offices to educate them on products and convert any existing allograft bone & tissue business and attend surgeries as needed. Product portfolio consists of Sports Medicine (tendons), wound care, DBM, spine constructs and more.
Position Requirements:
Knowledge of tissue implants and tissue banking industry a plus.
At least 3 years experience of selling Medical Devices or Medical Services within a hospital and/or surgery center environment.
A book of existing business to convert (within mentioned fields)
Possess strong leadership skills and capacity to strategically think about a vision for creating an impactful service.
Ability to gain "quick wins" by engendering credibility at an organizational level.
Excellent communication skills with surgeons and hospital administration.
An entrepreneurial character who understands and facilitates the nuances of serving many masters in a complex, competitive environment.
