Director of Clinical Services Job Opening in Smyrna, Georgia - The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of both Inpatient and Outpatient programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility?s performance goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility
Promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment
Development and implementation of clinical treatment programs, including Family Workshops for the outpatient population
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Social Work
Licensure: State of Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) is required.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years? experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years? experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental healthcare facilities
