The ideal candidate is a self-starter that wants to be a key part of a team. Experience and/or demonstrable skills in Customer and Dealer Partner interaction and support are key. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are a must and reasonable computer skills are required. Duties: Manage an assigned group of dealers throughout North America. Primary objectives involve assisting dealers with questions about our system and programs, completing indirect online rental and finance contracts, reviewing customer credit files, reviewing electronic support documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all transactions adhere to RTO National guidelines and compliance regulations. This role will also manage our existing team of five dealer services professionals and work in close contact with our accounting team.
Requirements: As a Dealer Services Manager, you must be able to communicate via phone, email and chat to your customers in a courteous and professional manner. Experience with credit reviews on customer files a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug test.
