Seattle Pharmacy Relief is currently seeking top-talent for a Senior Healthcare Recruiting Partner. Building client relationships with healthcare entities throughout the PNW and continually seeking ways to work smarter through business processes is our goal. Role? Senior Healthcare Recruiter
The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will be a partner to the CEO and Founder, driving the expansion of the company?s staffing service offering. This is an independent contract role with a great deal of long-term career potential and the ability to, within a short amount of time, evolve into a permanent role with leadership responsibility. The compensation package is leveraged but extremely lucrative.
We?re looking for someone with a creative commercial mind-set fueled by curiosity and a desire to forge recruiting partnerships with clients that result in strong relationships. Qualifications
· Bachelor?s degree (BS preferred but not required)
· 3 years client-facing recruiting experience preferred
· A track record of achievement in a recruiting or staffing function
· Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
· Familiarity working in a cross-functional capacity
· Knowledge of business principles and leadership techniques
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work successfully in a team selling environment
· Aptitude in analyzing data to uncover and communicate trends
· Time management skills, including the ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and delegate work to achieve business objectives
