Sales Development Representative Job Opening in San Jose, California - Quovantis is helping mid-size and large companies develop applications of the future, covering a wide range of technologies, starting with user experience and design, simple mobile and desktop apps all the way to complex enterprise solutions based on data science and machine learning.
The Sales Development Representative will focus on being the first line of outreach and response to qualify sales leads looking for product and application development solutions. Potential sales prospects will range from startups to Fortune 500 companies -- the goal of the SDR will be to qualify and identify prospects looking for application design and development.
Role Responsibilities
Drive customer growth by identifying and qualifying new prospects, to increase customer pipeline.
Qualify sales leads, serving as the point of contact to potential customers in the discovery process
Understand each sales prospect?s development services needs, and be able to document and communicate them professionally
Role Requirements
Between 1 and 2 year relevant sales experience, or New College Grads from a 4 year accredited university with desire to grow.
Exposure to B2B sales activities -- lead qualification, follow-up, scheduling sales calls
Track record of success in helping qualify and convert sales leads into potential customers
Computer literacy; experience using Sales and CRM software.
Experience with Google apps.
Experience in software or technology sales.
Preferred Skills
Experience with web development services -- can understand development concepts like, Stack, APIs, JSON, REST and have some knowledge of mobile development, machine learning and data science.
Experience identifying, communicating and selling to C-level and VP level contacts at startups and enterprise corporations
Be able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
Be able to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solutions
Passion for technology trends.
Goal driven, proactive, outgoing and energetic individual
Minimum salary plus commission offered with earnings potential of over $180k/year
