C3 Technology Services, a leading business technology and solutions provider in the Orange County, California area for 24 years, has an exciting opportunity for a New Business Development Sales Director.
The New Business Development Sales Director is responsible for coaching the sales staff on its products and services (IT Services, Help Desk Support, Copiers, Printers, Managed Print Services, Wide format, and Displays). This position will develop and implement sales strategies and forecast sales volumes for the Company.
The Canon C3 Technology Services Compensation Program
Base Salary Range of 62K ? 75K per year with an aggressive Commission structure with Quarterly and Year End Profit Bonuses, Requires documentation of previous sales quotas and accomplishments; OTE of $125,000 - $175,000.

As a New Business Development Sales Director, your focus will be primarily to manage a team of 5-10 account representatives who can sell leading edge hardware and software based solutions to companies. The ideal candidate is self-starting, socially adept sales professional with the ability to stimulate employee growth and sales goals. The primary business role is to train, develop, and recruit new business development team members while achieving monthly quotas. Compensation is based on a Base Salary, Monthly Team performance, Quarterly Bonuses, and Annual bonusses.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a high preforming sales team in achieving continuous revenue goals, and C3?s exemplary client satisfaction standards.
Sales meetings, trainings, and sales team recognitions to drive new business
Manages the CRM tool through sales staff
Stimulates, reviews and monitors sales activities and ensures achievements of sales activities and sales division metrics
Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams
Provides evaluations of sales organization and New Business Development reps productivity
Maintains an ongoing pipeline that is consistent with revenue requirements
Ability to transfer and teach, new business hunting
Qualify, assess and approve deals as necessary
Recruitment of future New Business Development Reps
Qualifications:
5+ years outside sales net new business development
3-5 years sales management experience of a new business development team
Bachelor?s degree in business or related field preferred
A strong track record of exceeding revenue quotas with quantifiable data examples
Experience working with key decision makers and C-Level corporate managers
Proven ability to directly manage 5-10 employees and track their performance
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational and management skills
A high level of business acumen managing sales strategy and profitability
Experience to accurately forecast and manage the sales cycle of a high growth business model
Excellent oral and written communication skills
BS/BA or MBA in Business Administration or a related field is highly valued
Industry specific certifications preferred ie: Comptia CDIA+ or other manufacturer specific training certificates
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
Excellent customer relationship skills
