Sr. Quality Engineer Job Opening in Tupelo, Mississippi - Senior Quality Engineer - Automotive Manufacturing
Salary range: $70~85k base, plus bonus
Our client is an automotive manufacturer. They are looking to add a senior level Quality Engineer / Specialist to help support the production operations. The Quality Engineer will work with shop floor issues, and with the manufacturing / production engineering group to resolve concerns and improve product quality utilizing statistical tools.
Bachelors degree required (technical field preferred) with at least three to five years current experience as a Quality Engineer in automotive manufacturing operations. Must have a thorough understanding of SPC, quality control, problem solving, auditing, process improvement, kaizen, supplier quality, containment, sorting, new product launches, quality systems, and TPS / Toyota Production System.
