Salary Grade / FLSA:
Job Summary: The Ecommerce Project Manager role is the overall responsibility for the successful
planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of all assigned Ecommerce Projects.
Essential Job Duties:
Perform Scrum Master role within multiple Scrum project teams.
Work with Solution Leads and other team members to ensure the teams have appropriate Agile/Scrum processes and procedures in place to successfully complete projects.
Manage multiple waterfall projects by applying appropriate PMBOK principles to achieve project goals.
Work with Business/Product owners to ensure business needs are clearly defined and being met.
Identify IT and/or Ecommerce goals and project delivery clearly.
Identify needed members for project team.
Identify prime risks and limitations within project plan.
Manage risk throughout project.
Collect and present performance information related to infrastructure projects.
Perform with subject matter experts all through organization to gather entire business needs required to attain project goals.
Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner
Ensure all teams are working to defined project milestones.
Work with all stakeholders to establish the deliverables of a project.
Ensure that the defined quality of each output is achieved whilst adhering to time and cost constraints.
Work with technical team leads and managers from project initiation and throughout the various project stages to ensure all outputs are defined and therefore resourced and executed correctly.
Ensure that all stakeholders are communicated with in an effective and concise manner that has been agreed up front.
Ensure that the fundamentals of the project are recorded.

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, , Essential Physical Demands):
High School Diploma required
Proficient use of project management tools and methodologies are required along with proven project management skills
Thorough understanding of PMBOK practices and procedures
Ability to apply appropriate PMBOK practices to manage projects
Understanding of Agile/Scrum best practices
Ability to perform Scrum Master role for multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong background managing software development projects
Preferred Qualifications:
College Degree preferred
PMP Certification a strong plus
CSM or PMI-ACP Certification a strong plus
Strong skills
2 - 3 years in an IT Project Management role
