Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Opening in Port Angeles, Washington - Port Angeles Construction Company seeking Full-time Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Responsibilities include:
* Accounts Payable ? Vendor setup, invoice entry, monthly statement reconciliation, weekly check processing, tonnage, licensing, annual 1099 prep/filing,.
* Accounts Receivable ?
Invoicing: preparation, entry, disbursement and filing in various systems. Deposit: processing and reconciliation. Credit card processing. B&O Taxes.
* General office assistance ? Greeting customers, mail, phones, supply ordering, etc?
Preferred Experience:
* Accounting Background
* Microsoft Excel and Access
* Accounting Software
* Ability to multi task
