Dealership in Sioux Falls South Dakota is looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales for a highly motivated individual who can take the sales department to the next must have: Minimum of three years experience in automotive sales to hire and train new and existing sales staffStrong work ethic, willing to take ownership of the sales satisfaction skillsStrong leadership skillsUnderstands and can navigate in the world of high technologyAbility to set and reach profit objectives for departmentHas the ability to help each salesperson establish a quota for personal income and unit salesCan determine reconditioning proceduresHas the ability to plan the display of the pre-owned inventoryCan assist the general manager with appraisal standards for the trade-in vehiclesCan assist in recruiting and selection of employees for the pre-owned sales departmentHas the ability to set and help each sales person plan the day's workCan maintain a balanced pre-owned inventoryCan review and control the expenses of his/her department to achieve the profit goals
