We are looking for an Automotive Accounting Professional to join our team! Ideal candidates will have experience all around in the dealership setting. We are expanding our office and would like to find someone who is knowledgeable in automotive accounting and always willing to learn more.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Billing:
Record the sales of vehicles in accounting
Handle customer payoffs
multiple accounting schedules
Process paperwork in a timely basis
Wholesales
L&T:
Process all L&T through CVR
Check-in all titles, follow up on all titles due
Maintain plate & sticker inventory
accounting schedules
Acct payables/Acct recvable:
Post all incoming bills
Reconcile statements
accounting schedules
Collect unpaid balances
Qualifications:
Must be experience with ADP/CDK/Microsoft Word/Excel
At least 2 years automotive dealership experience
Experience with EVR titling system
Well organized and posses excellent attention to detail
Research/problem solving skills
