The Position: As an outside territory sales representative (Territory Manager) you will engage independent specialty retailers from an already established account base with a memorable selling experience and grow your territory by developing new business relationships. What you must do to succeed:
ˇ Travel to independent specialty retailers daily Monday through Friday to show and sell our distinctive product with our signature style
ˇ Identify and grow new sales opportunities
ˇ Collaborate with store owners/buyers on creative merchandising and marketing ideas
ˇ Build and grow relationships with store owners/buyers and effectively communicate the value of our extensive product lines
ˇ Deliver an inspiring customer centric experience
ˇ Stay current with market trends in home décor and women?s fashion
ˇ This is a full time position with extensive local travel required each day
The Candidate: You have a creative spirit for the home décor/giftware and fashion industries. You are a self-starter, are self-motivated and a strong communicator. You have a true passion for the entire selling experience in addition to:
ˇ A driven work-ethic
ˇ Energetic, professional appearance
ˇ Previous sales experience and/or recent graduate with a focus in Marketing or Fashion Merchandising
ˇ Must have reliable transportation and valid driver?s license
