We need someone with experience in Quick Books, book keeping, payroll, Scheduling, some phones, know that we are looking for someone who is motivated, proficient, honest, dependable, and looking for a great opportunity to work close to where you live, or enjoy the reverse commute. This could be full time or begin part time and possibly result in full time after winter. This is a great opportunity for a take charge personality, and a well organized individual. Other experience cosidered a plus but not a must are: construction or contracting company background, bi-lingual english and spanish, new hires and HR, certified payroll, public works bidding, CMAS contracting, Quarterly BOE tax reporting, passion for marketing, new ideas and contributing to growth.
