Summer/ Fall 2017 Intern Job Opening in Topeka, Kansas - Security Benefit (SB), a leader in the retirement saving and income solutions market, is seeking Summer and Fall 2017 Interns. SB fosters strong partnerships to provide insightful and customized retirement solutions for employers and individual investors nationwide. This position is located in our Topeka, Kansas headquarters.

Internships are open to full-time students and will allow students to be exposed to many aspects of the company's day to day activities in the financial services industry. Interns will also learn how to interact with other professionals in a business environment. Interns may work 15 - 19 hours per week, Monday - Friday during the school year, and/or full time during the school year. We are looking for students interested in: Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Investments, Actuarial and more!
Qualifications
Students eligible for the internship will be fulltime students
Prefer students majoring in Finance, Business, Marketing, Accounting, Actuarial or other business related degrees
PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven organizational skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic, demonstrating initiative, able to work independently, meet deadline and interact professionally with all contacts
