As an Accounts Payable Clerk your duties will include:
Full Cycle Accounts Payable Process up to 200 invoices monthly
Ensure accurate coding to various entities
Recording data in the accounting software
Matching purchase orders
Posting payments
Maintain Vendor relationships
Communicating effectively with team member and vendors
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
Minimum of 1 year Accounts Payable experience, 2-3 preferred
3 way matching and full cycle AP experience
Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong 10-key skills
Experience and comfort working in a team environment
A task oriented, productive work ethic and the ability to pay great attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
