Primary Responsibilities
Perform most engagements with little supervision; including but not limited to complex, professional level accounting and auditing work
Prepare financial reports in accordance with GAAP
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the various phases of an audit engagement from start to finish
Communicate assigned tasks to engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise, ensuring high quality, accurate, and efficient results
Ensure adherence at all times to all applicable professional standards
Identify and communicate potential or existing issues, recommend the most appropriate solution
Ensure audit conclusions are based on complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk
Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives
Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented
Know and understand the firm's policies and procedures
Possess technical knowledge sufficient to advise staff accountants
Develop quality client relationships and loyalty
Minimum Qualifications
Must have 2 ? 5 years? experience with A&A at a CPA firm
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Possess a CPA license or currently pursuing a CPA license
