Position Objective :
The individual in this position is primarily responsible for performing the day-to-day activities necessary to support the Company?s management in meeting its financial analysis and planning needs, as well as its management reporting requirements.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial management statements and reports
Assist management in the development and completion of annual budgets and forecasts
Assist management in developing financial metrics to assess the Company?s financial performance
Conduct quantitative analysis of financial data to budgets, identify future trends, and assess risk associated with potential initiatives and investments
Preform sales, pricing, cost, and other ROI analysis to assist management in evaluating the profitability of current and potential future service offerings
Establish and maintain new financial planning tracking and management reporting systems to improve timeliness and accuracy of financial data
Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
Summary of Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements:
Three to five years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a professional services environment
Bachelor?s degree required - major in finance, business administration, or accounting desired
Strong financial analysis skills
Advanced understanding of financial and accounting systems
Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial management principles
CPA or CFA is preferred.
