Northern Arkansas RN Regional Clinical Manager Job Opening in Harrison, Arkansas - Responsible for providing clinical oversight at designated Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout a specific region. Incumbent supports our mission to provide quality services for resident care and safety, employee relations, customer service, occupancy and business results which meet or exceed company and regulatory standards. Incumbent supports Corporate and Regional Team strategies for quality resident care management as directed. Provides facilities with focused, constructive consultation based on objective information and observation. Accurately assesses and evaluates the service and care provided. Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes sound recommendations based on state regulations, quality metrics and company policies and procedures. Collaborates with facility leadership to develop plans for improvement. Responsible for any other job duties assigned. Travel is required. Must have a current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
