FT Cashier Lead - Furniture Store Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - FT Cashier Lead - Furniture Store Cashier Lead - Burnsville Becker Furniture World in Burnsville is now hiring a full-time Cashier Lead. We are seeking individuals who have an upbeat, positive attitude. Those who are highly motivated, responsible, and have the ability to multi-task and take on complex assignments are encouraged to apply. Lead responsibilities include directing, training, and assisting the Point of Sale staff; as well as problem solving, scheduling, supply ordering, and all other customer service duties associated with our Point of Sale department. Primary department responsibilities include assisting customers over the phone and in person, data entry of payments, sales orders, exchanges and returns. In addition to handling finance contracts and payments transactions, you will also balance/tie out cash drawers. Candidates must be customer service orientated and dedicated to delivering quality customer satisfaction. Prior supervisory experience in a retail environment is a plus. Computer experience and prior customer service experience is required. You must be available to work evenings and weekends. Pay is based on experience.
