Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power testing instruments and systems including programmable AC Power Source and DC Power Supplies, AC Loads and DC Electronic Loads, Digital Power Meters and Automated Testing Systems for applications in Aerospace, Defense, Military, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Solar, Marine, and Regulatory Testing.
We?re looking for an Inside Sales person to work in our Marlborough, Massachusetts office. This is a full time position with the opportunity to receive benefits after 90 days of employment ? Medical, Dental, 401K, Profit Sharing, Vacation, Sick and Holiday Pay.
Responsibilities
Support Regional Sales Managers with sales information, quotes, and processing orders for prospects and customers
Working with CRM sales database, follow-up on leads, prospecting, finding referrals
Follow-up with customers on quotes and information
Fast Pace Environment
Detail orientated position
Requirements
4 Year College degree
EE Degree a plus
Prior sales experience a plus
PC literacy and knowledge of the Internet is a must
You must be persuasive, confident, creative, motivated and an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
The right candidate could evolve in this position to include increased levels of autonomy and responsibility. Base & Commissions depend on level of experience. Hours are 7:30AM ? 4:30PM (EST) and you will work at our office in Marlborough, MA. Our seasoned staff will be at your disposal to help with training and support your growth.
