District Sales Manager Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Reports directly to Senior Regional Manager.
Primary responsibility is revenue generation, both membership and PT
Communicate with each location on a daily basis. Hold weekly GM conference calls and monthly GM meetings
Must be inside each club for at least one full day each week. May be one full day or two half days.
Oversee sales, marketing, and retention management.
Able to generate new business and traffic for Youfit locations.
Assist in the development of a marketing plan and inform all managers of the importance of their marketing. Must provide all managers with schedules for all promotions.
Setup and operate all Pre-Sales for new locations.
Responsible for establishing and monitoring all sales goals.
Identify corporate prospects and other avenues of business generation
Responsible for analyzing and summarizing all club?s production and profit statements (P&Ls).
Responsible for analyzing reporting, metrics, and goals and coming up with new ideas to generate revenue, on a regular basis.
Audit the YouCoach club production along with the District Director and YouCoach Master production for accuracy.
Oversee GM and front desk contribution to the YouCoach department through JumpStarts and EFT.
Attend at least one YouCoach District call and/or meetings per month.
Communicate, lead by example and motivate the team to develop passion. Be visible and a good observer.
Always be available to show off. There is a huge impact when you can assist on a sale or cancellation.
