SharePoint Designer Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Looking for a contract SharePoint Designer to develop/design a comprehensive SharePoint Site with the primary focus on HR documents and on-boarding procedures. See specific outline below:
houses our on-boarding (all the documents and forms and everything we want new employees to review);
creates employee profiles for everyone so management can track assets/equipment, education, licenses, certifications, salaries, bonuses, etc.;
provides a talent management piece so we can set goals for each employee, execute performance evaluations, track competencies and year-to-year growth, etc.;
has feedback survey capabilities;
has an interface so we can view companywide data;
allows employees to sign up for and make changes to their benefits
company calendar
company directory
site for each department's use ie: accounting, service, procurement, etc.
Will likely be more functionality added along the way as we learn what is possible. Budget for this project is $3-4K. Would like for project to begin ASAP with a finish deadline of August 31, 2017.
