Business Office Manager Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Are you an administrative professional seeking an exciting new opportunity? Autumn Wood may have the position for you! We are seeking a detailed oriented candidate with solid multitasking capabilities to fulfill the role of Business Office Manager for our senior living community in Claremore, OK.
Reporting to the Director, the Business Office Manager is responsible for coordinating various business support services needed to ensure the effective and efficient administrative office operations.
Business Office Manager :
Maintains daily census, compiles report, enters in computer and distribute copies daily
Verifies insurance before admission and communicates with the families
Inform residents and families regarding their bill as appropriate
Meets with families and/or residents concerning bed holds and/or discharges
Prepares daily deposits and makes deposits at the bank
Maintains accurate resident trust funds and prepares daily deposits to the accounts
Matches purchase order copies to invoices and statements from vendors prior to sending to central accounting office for payment
Reviews coding and charge month information for purchase orders
Conducts and maintains log of collection calls on delinquent accounts with responsible party/resident documenting conversation
Maintains Medicare A and B eligibility and payables of the services.
Prepares reports and schedules for the accountant
Maintenance of adequate office supplies for the accounting and administration departments
Maintenance of accurate and current files for all vendors
Meets with families and/or residents concerning Medicaid needs or benevolent care, providing information on both programs and referring them to the appropriate resources
Business Office Manager requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three (3) years office manager experience required
