Payrol Clerk Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Position: Accounting Clerk
Job Description: Full time, M-F (Standard Shift)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Compensation: $16-$18 per hour (DOE)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
General accounts receivable functions
Prepare and submit customer invoices
Code, post and receipt payments
Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
General accounts payable functions
Check, verify and process invoices
Prepare payments for signature
Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
Maintain vendor files
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 - 2 years? experience in clerical accounting
Associate degree in business or accounting an advantage
MS Office and knowledge of accounting software (SAP)
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
