A1Supplements.com Customer Service Position Job Opening in knoxville, Tennessee - Customer Service Position is an e-commerce sports nutrition supplement company seeking a Part to Full Time Customer Service representative. We are located in Louisville, Tennessee between Maryville and Knoxville just off the Alcoa Highway. Essential duties and qualifications include the following: ? Must be able to professionally assist customers via phone, email and chat. ? Must have excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful). ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. ? Strong computer skills are recommended for proficiency in this job. ? Additional tasks may be assigned including: supporting content publishing and marketing. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Fitness, nutrition and/or supplement-related knowledge is a big plus. Pay starts at $10.50 per hour. Part to Full-time, 30-40 hours during our business hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F.
