We are looking to fill a Health Restoration Advocate & Assistant role within our organization. Candidates should have experience in sales, familiarity or interest in alternative health care, and a desire to help others restore their health. Advanced consideration will be given to individuals whose work history and interests include alternative health care experience, sales, and customer service. General duties include: Handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective members, recommending a membership customized to meet the prospective member?s unique needs, and qualifying prospective members for consultations.
Responsibilities
Ensure each prospective member receives excellent customer service and has an enjoyable customer experience.
Use e-mail, phone calls, SMS, chat, and other communication methods to answer questions and follow-up with prospective members.
Educate prospective members on the science behind health restoration protocols.
Use active listening skills to inform the prospective member on how we can help them reach their health restoration goals.
Utilize sales skills and product knowledge to schedule prospective members for a consultation.
Compare membership options, informing/educating the prospective member of the differences.
Monitor consultation outcomes to track goals.
Be a part of workplace culture, work with peers to create a positive work experience, and model company values.
Work independently, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
Have a passion for alternative healthcare and helping others.
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to show compassion to individuals who suffer from chronic illness.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
Showcase proficiency with computers through the ability to navigate various computer programs and databases; search, locate and input information while multitasking.
Communicate professionally in English through oral and written communication.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2+ years sales/customer service experience preferred.
Additional Information
Starting pay is DOE up to $12.00 per hour + Commission. Top performers have the potential to make $80,000+ annually. To apply, please submit the following items for review: 1.
