Part Time Cleaner Job Opening in Santa Teresa, New mexico - Location: Santa Teresa, NM
Schedule: Part Time Monday-Friday 8am-12pm
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Cleaning and sanitizing different areas located throughout the plant.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. ?Safety First? expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to; perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms and public areas in clean and orderly condition.
Removes trash from offices and other work areas. Stripping and waxing of floors, burnishing waxed floors,
cleaning and maintaining carpeted floors, and floor scrubbing of ceramic tile floors. Assist other service personnel with minor facility service repair. Follow established routine. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.
Must be able to use hand tools and cleaning machinery on a daily basis such as floor sweepers and brooms.
Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:
Compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
Communicates with all team members to support the development of short and long range planning in support of the company?s goals and objectives
Maintain personal tools required for your job.
Meet physical requirements of the job.
Maintain good attendance in accordance with Company policy
Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.
Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Q* *UALIFICATIONS:
Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
Experience: Two years? experience in Janitorial / Custodial applications.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
