This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
Service multiple multi-state large and complex payrolls using Evolution Payroll software. Maintain client accounts.
Detailed management of client services.
Customer Service - servicing the client in a timely and professional manner.
Support Remote users and problem resolution.
Team with sales in demonstrating payroll, HR and Time and Attendance solutions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2-5 years experience in a payroll service bureau
Certified Payroll Professional, CPP is preferred but not required
Evolution experience is preferred but not required
Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge
General Ledger - Knows GL from the perspective of client needs
Time and attendance experience
Team Player
