-Provide outstanding Customer Service to our customers while adhering to establish company policies
-Perform daily,weekly, monthly accounting functions
-Provide and explain detailed financial contracts to customers
-Basic handling of customer payments and deposits while verifying to accuracy of paperwork.
-Multi-task by juggling a number of priorities simultaneously
-Respectfully handle customer praises and complaints
Below is a list of necessary to be considered for this position
*Customer service experience Must take initiative, be self-directed and have good time management skills.
*Must be organized and detail orientated,must have analytical and problem solving skills.
*Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office & Excel
*Have the ability to type fast
*Ability to work weekends, evenings, and most of holidays
*Applicants must also pass a background check
